Every rule boils down the simple idea of “don't be a dick” and “use common sense.”
We're all members of the same alliance and should treat each other as such.

Do not PvE in rental systems. Use [EVIL.] sov space instead. You are allowed to run escalations spawned in friendly space.
Defer Havens to AoE [1] ratting like smartbombers and/or edencom. Sites are otherwise first come first serve.

• Sites like Forsaken Rally Points and Forsaken Hubs are about the same ISK/hr as Haven excluding escalation.
• Rally Points and Dens are another good source of ISK via escalations, with the drops being Pithum A-type and Pithum B-type modules.

Capital ratting is not recommended.

Cherry picking mining anomalies is not permitted except if cherry picking does not prevent the proper respawning of the site. Try to complete a mining anomaly before starting a new one.

Taxes (contact to Corp of Management):

• 5% on r4-r16
• 15% on r32
• 20% on r64

Crystals, or anything with greater than 0% residue, on anything above r16 are a no go. This obviously also goes for using t2 strips without crystals on moon ore.

Don't use b-types on r16-only moons. Mining Drones are banned on moonbelts due to the high residue %.

Cherrypicking is permitted on anomalies that are not prevented from respawning by such activity. If an individual is found to be cherrypicking, a fine of 100 million ISK per owned character will be imposed for the first violation. This fine will triple with each subsequent violation.

If an individual is found to be cherrypicking higher-value ores in moon belts—most often R32 and R64—they will be charged a 25% tax on R4–R16 ores, and a 50% tax on R32–R64 ores, in addition to receiving one violation notice.

Upon reaching four violations, whether from moon or anomaly mining combined, the individual will receive a warning. Further consequences may be applied at the discretion of the relevant authority, depending on the mood of the enforcer, the CEO, and the leadership team.

If you’re setting it up: Free Move + make additional squads.
Make sure you are flag exempt from fleet warp in capitals.
Ideally make sure you occupy fleet command / wing / squad for the main squad to prevent awoxing.
If there isn’t a fleet up, create one. Avoid having multiple standing fleets.

Do not kill or interfere with blues. This includes spying, killing, and scamming among others. You are allowed to kill in self defense. Unattended anchored warp bubbles are also killable.
Not Purple Shoot It (NPSI) fleets are acceptable. If you land in blue space do not engage and warp off any active combat grids. Scouting for the fleet is not permitted.

Skyhook theft of any kind is not permitted.

Do not poke any Phoenix Co. sov or structures.

No relisting for profit.
There is currently no max percentage. We strive to get things as close to Jita as possible.
Some items will be marked up because of import fees eg. Command Centers, but also some as buffer.
We've had a problem with people clearing all of a specific type of item because they can. If you need to, you can. Do not do it just to do so. Everything boils down to “Don't be a dick.”
